Great location not far from downtown Olean. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We had a handicapped accessible room, and there was plenty of room to move around.

All staff was extremely friendly, check in was easy and everything was very clean. The beds were soft but comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal! The room was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever been in, and I've been to a decent amount.

Breakfast was ok. Pool was very nice. 45 minute walk home from the best pub anywhere, Randy’s up the River. Designated driver business operating in town if you don’t want to hoof it. Very quiet.
